Pre-Vocational

Our Prevocational Services are designed to help individuals develop the foundational skills needed to prepare for meaningful employment and greater independence in the community. Using evidence-based strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we focus on building practical, real-world skills that support long-term success in the workplace.
Participants receive individualized support to strengthen essential job readiness skills such as communication, following instructions, time management, teamwork, problem-solving, and workplace behavior. Services may also include resume development, interview preparation, and guided opportunities to explore different career interests.

Job Prep & Job Coaching

Alpha Behavior Strategies helps individuals prepare for and succeed in the workplace. Our Job Preparation and Job Coaching services include resume development, interview preparation, job search support, and workplace skill development.
Using strategies from Applied Behavior Analysis, we break down job tasks, reinforce progress, and gradually fade support as individuals gain confidence and independence at work.

Homemaker/ Personal Care

Homemaker and Personal Care services are designed to support individuals in maintaining a safe, healthy, and independent lifestyle at home. We provide compassionate, structured support with daily living tasks while also helping individuals develop the skills needed to increase their independence over time.
Our team assists with essential household activities such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, organization, and maintaining a safe living environment.

Community Connections

Community Connections helps people build confidence, independence, and meaningful relationships out in the community. We offer personalized, hands-on support so individuals can explore their interests, try new experiences, and take part in the world around them in ways that feel comfortable and empowering.
Whether it’s visiting local events, learning new skills, joining clubs or recreation activities, volunteering, or simply getting out to enjoy the day, we walk alongside each person to discover what brings them joy. Our approach is flexible, person-centered, and built around real connection—support that encourages growth, belonging, and a fuller, more active life.
We accept waiver funding and private pay!
